The modern amenities in the apartment were a lifesaver during our stay, especially the fully equipped kitchen and the complimentary refreshments each morning in the lobby.

In overall, the place is NEWLY REMODELLED, has outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff at the reception desk. Make sure to get penthouse apartment with oven, a sofa, for instance. Coffee and tea making equipment, refrigerators, and a stovetop are a nice touch. The location is good and stunning, not very far from a Spanish restaurant.

The place was fairly clean with a great staff at the reception desk. My bright and quiet room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines. Bidet in the large bathroom was super awesome.

Take advantage of the rooftop terrace for a lovely evening view and enjoy the complimentary wine provided.

It's not all bad, but it's not all good

Soundproofing is lacking noise from outside and neighboring rooms can disrupt sleep

If you're a foodie like me, you can't miss Chocolateria 1902 just a short stroll away for churros that'll change your life! Plus, the rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to sip on that complimentary wine while soaking up the sun. The super nice team, and I loved popping over to Mercado San Miguel for some local treats.

The only thing that could be better are the bath towels! They were pretty small and didn't feel great, but honestly, everything else shined and made up for it.

The one-bedroom apartment provided quietude for a restful stay, nice for relaxation after long days. The refrigerator worked well for storing our snacks and drinks.

The apartment's layout felt cramped, with an eight square meter corridor reducing the effective living space. The lack of soundproofing allowed corridor noises to invade the living area, detracting from comfort. The TV in the bedroom only offered Spanish channels, and the bathroom had nowhere to place toiletries, forcing items into the kitchen. In a frustrating turn, the heating system malfunctioned, cooling the apartment down rather than warming it, accompanied by a burning smell. The space seemed poorly designed and cheaply furnished, even at a reasonable rate.

Great spot for a group getaway! We loved the central location, just a short walk to Plaza Mayor and the beautiful Royal Palace. The free coffee and orange juice in the morning were nice touches. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, our room was noisy due to the fridge and sounds from upstairs. It made it tough to get a good night's sleep, especially with people being loud until late.

A Mixed Experience with Room Pricing Issues

While the stay included a spacious apartment, a disheartening lack of follow-up on a promised refund overshadowed my visit. The staff's unfulfilled commitment was disappointing. For future guests, keep an eye on price changes, as the rates can fluctuate significantly before your arrival.

Lovely location, clean space. The rooftop terrace was a nice touch for sunny lounging, and I relished the powerful shower. Plus, that comfy bed? Pure bliss!

But those towels were practically handkerchiefs-seriously, who sizes those? And the fridge? Let's just say it turned into a late-night DJ party!

Location was unbeatable, just a few minutes from major attractions and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby, a pleasant start each morning. On the downside, the bath towels felt a bit lacking in quality, and room service was limited to every other day, which could be improved.
